The voting system in use does not give in practice an equal weight to each candidate, by associating the candidates with lists and in this way preconditioning the decisions of the voters.

To maximize the representativity of your choices in the elected committee, vote only for the candidates whose ideas you support and have your trust, ignore the lists and cast as few votes as possible, because the more votes you cast the less you choose and the more the voting system does its preconditioned choice for you.
